Who are we looking for?
Sales Administrator (m/f/d)

Our expectations -

• You have completed training as an industrial clerk, have a degree in business administration or have several years of professional experience in the field of purchasing, cost accounting, controlling.

• You already have some professional experience, possibly through internships in the commercial field, or you can quickly and independently familiarize yourself with business processes and tasks.

• You have a very good command of German and at least a good command of English

• You think entrepreneurially and act accordingly

• You are determined, responsible, a team player and are used to working independently, conscientiously and thinking along with others.

 

Your tasks -

• In purchasing, you will assist with order processing, communicate with suppliers, record incoming goods and take care of returns

• You will support the accounting department in recording and verifying incoming invoices, in the treasury and in intercompany settlements

• In Controlling, you will be actively involved in cost accounting, budgeting, billing rates and prices, and reporting.

• You will also be happy to take on other commercial topics.
